Job Description :

Position Title: Customer Service Representative/Data Entry
Reports To: Office Manager

o Responsible for answering the telephone and providing excellent service to
customers and all other stakeholders including vendors, employees etc.
Customers are to be engaged in a professional manner at all times. Phone calls
are answered within 3 rings, preferably on the first or second ring.
o Able to forward calls to appropriate co-workers, and locate co-workers within the
building/property.
o Stamp and sort outgoing mail daily to be ready by 12:30 PM daily.
o Responsible for calling for office equipment service when needed.
o Track and inspect incoming packages.
o Responsible for informing customers of all company services in a cross-selling
manner.
o Responsible for greeting customers, vendors and other persons who visit our
office.
o Responsible for any drop off and pick up services for Abrash rug customers.
o Responsible for gathering accurate and complete information, booking jobs and
creating work orders using the computer software for scheduling work.
o Must be able to locate phone numbers in the local phone book or online.
o Responsible for completing various service call sheets for specific services. Must
be effective in taking emergency service calls in order to gather pertinent
information while keeping the customer as calm as possible.
o Separate work orders from technician paperwork and gather all pertinent
information for invoicing. All work is to be billed the day after work is performed.
o Create invoices in QuickBooks. File.
o Responsible for monitoring and closing open work orders for cleaning services in
computer software.

o Type up estimates, letters, and other documents when requested by production,
owners, management, and sales and marketing.
o Assist front office personnel as requested and be willing to work as a member of a
team for the greater good of the company.
o Willing to cross-train in order to cover other duties when office personnel on
vacation or out sick. Willing to expand knowledge to take on a greater role in
front office duties. This includes being able to operate all office equipment. Run
credit card transactions and apply for all payments in Quickbooks.
o Experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred but not required. Will
provide training.
o Payroll data entry is preferred but not required. Will provide training.
o Willing to cross-train in the field for greater knowledge of the company.
o Help maintain updated SteamMaster employee phone list and extensions.
o If there is a lack of work to perform be able to seek advice on productivity from
direct manager or other members of the management team.
o Help maintain a clean working environment.
o Responsible for opening and closing duties.
o Hours would be approximately 40 hours per week and would be expected to work
overtime hours based on the need of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
