Maintains personnel files in compliance and all other legal requirements and ensure files are in a constant state of survey readiness;

Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner. Assists with dish room tasks.

As needed, the Operations Supervisor will be required to perform driving duties and must have a clean driving record and be confident operating large passenger
