Responsibilities:

• Solve all issues pertaining to customer complaints and requests
• Collaborate with team to generate sales leads
• Assist customers in account activation
• Learning general management functions
• Uphold company standards
• Provide the best-in-class service for all customers and clients

• Basic time management skills
