Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual Spanish)

Up to $70,000 to start plus full benefits

As Human Resources Generalist, you will:

• Join an established specialist in food manufacturing
• Join the Human Resource Department
• Report to the Senior Director of HR
• Collaborate on recruitment processes for open job requisitions
• Assist with onboarding and training processes
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment periods
• Assist with employee relations, employee recognition and performance management initiatives
• Uphold policies, procedures and employment law
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain manual and electronic HR files
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Employee relations experience
• Recruiting experience
• Knowledge of employment law

Pluses:

• +++ Proficiency with any HRIS
• +++ SHRM/HRCI Certification
• +++ IBM Kenexa and/or BrassRing experience
• +++ Experience from a Union Environment
