Job Description :

Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is one of the most successful home mortgage servicers in the country. We are looking for energetic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented call center environment.

As a Customer Care Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers by telephone to address and resolve their home mortgage servicing needs in a timely manner. This can involve answering questions, making updates in our system and directing mortgagers to the appropriate internal teams as needed.

  • Standard working hours scheduled from 10am-7pm, Monday through Friday. Must also be available to work one Saturday 9am – 1pm shift per month.
  • Earn an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for working consistent mid-shift hours (10AM–7PM) Monday through Friday.
    • Staff working the 10-7 shift will be eligible for a one-time retention bonus of $1000 that will be paid the month after completing 1 year on the 10-7 shift.
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $1.00 per hour.
  • Extensive classroom-style and on-the-job training programs in home mortgage and communications.

Interested candidates must enjoy helping others by phone, be detail-oriented, adapt well to change, be able to multi-task, be dependable, and have experience using a personal computer. Competent typing skills are also required to be successful in this role. Candidates with previous customer service or call center experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
