Answers mail, phone calls and inquiries on own initiative, routing correspondence to the appropriate person if necessary.

Ability to work with money, credit cards and cash receipts. Be exact or highly accurate when handling cash, checks and credit cards.

This position would include handling QuickBooks, AR/AP, payroll, bank and receipt reconciliations, taking phone calls, and general administrative work.

Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial. Pass Pre-Employment Drug and Physical Testing.

Knowledge of hospital insurance billing requirements for all federal, state and local agencies and third-party submissions, as well as collections regulations.
