Responsible for front-office functions, including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones. Must be able to multitask.

Process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and utilities. Accounts payable/receivable (entering bills, paying them & invoicing).

Must be mature with a minimum 10 years experience. Proficient in English, computer and data management. Good organizational and management skills required.

Vacation up to 10 days per year, sick/personal days up to 5 days and matching 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. Review customer ledgers for accuracy.
