Looking for an individual that has at least 3 years of experience with the estimating, managing and selling of both small- and large-scale commercial building envelope repair projects, from small jobs and up to one million dollars in value: including sealant replacement, masonry repairs, tuck pointing, waterproofing, painting, paver repairs, deck coatings, concrete patching, pressure washing, glass restoration and crack chasing at a variety of types of buildings but specializing in high rise buildings using ladders, RDS, Rope Access, lifts, ariel platforms, fixed and movable scaffolding.

• Develop new and maintain existing customers.
• Participate in company marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with clients such as property managers, engineers, construction manager, building owners on our services noted above.
• Experience in high rise commercial building exterior repairs.
• Estimate small and large jobs using excel spreadsheets.
• Contract writing using prepared documents in Zoho CRM.
• Data entry updated in Zoho CRM.
• Work with suppliers for pricing and ordering.
• MS Office proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
