Applicant must have a minimum of two years experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or other applicable service related industries.

Provides logistical support in the areas of system evaluation, implementation, system analysis, end user education and continued support.

Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules

Manage large amounts of incoming calls and all local in person customers. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
