The job duties include but not limited to greeting and interacting with patients, registering patients and maintaining patient files, answering phone calls,

Pictures- collecting pictures from dealers so we may use them for marketing, website, social media, etc. Will have an assistant for 2 days a week to help you.

Handles telephone calls in a timely manner, connecting caller to appropriate floor or department; pages individuals as needed.

This includes but is not limited to coordination with internal team members, attending project kick off meetings, submittal development and project closeout

Prepare and maintain daily cash balances and transactions. Bachelors Degree in Accounting from a regionally accredited university required.
