Position Summary: JAXXON is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and engage customers, increase customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. They will report to the VP of Marketing and will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, E-comm, product, and customer service, to create effective retention campaigns and programs. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer data into actionable insights and develop effective retention strategies. The Retention
Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by improving customer loyalty, increasing customer lifetime value, and reducing churn.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute retention marketing strategies and programs that aim to improve customer retention, reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer segmentation and targeting strategies that are aligned with business objectives.

● Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform retention strategy and optimize campaign performance.

● Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, loyalty programs, referral programs, and other retention tactics.

● Create a testing and optimization roadmap to continuously improve the effectiveness of retention programs and campaigns.

● Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of retention programs and campaigns and report results to executive leadership.

● Manage and develop a team of retention marketing professionals, providing coaching and guidance to drive professional growth and development.

● Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
● 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retention marketing and customer lifecycle management with a direct-to-consumer brand.
● Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs.
● Strong analytical skills and experience using customer data to drive decision-making and program optimization.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing retention marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies to executive leadership.
● Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience in working with Figma.
● An understanding of different project management tools (Asana is a major plus)
● Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis software.

Pay: $131,620.00 - $157,944.00 per year
