KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Payroll Accountant II.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting - transcripts requested with application
• 5-7 years of experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll
• ADP WorkForceNow experience
• Costpoint experience
• High attention to detail
• Experience with Health & Welfare
• Experience with wage determination for Federal contracts
• Experience with Allowance computations is a plus
• Experience with International payroll process is a plus
• Government contracting experience is preferred

The Accountant will process multi-jurisdiction semi-monthly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP WorkForceNow:

• Prepare and submit error free payroll processing
• Complete all associated payroll entries
• Set up all new state withholding, unemployment, and other tax related accounts, when necessary
• Health & Welfare Allowance Computations as they relate to the Service Contract Act
• International payroll processing
• Manage all payroll related audits and information requests

The Accountant will work with Costpoint Timekeeping System Maintenance and Support:

• Ensure all employee timesheets are completed and processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Act as main point of contact for support to employees utilizing the Costpoint timekeeping system

The Accountant will assist with Month Close Activities:

• Reconciliations
• Journal Entries
• Reporting
