About us

We are a family oriented automotive dent repair business that started in Oklahoma in 2000 and have grown to serve multiple locations throughout the nation. We are a full-service dent repair shop that uses the latest tools and techniques to ensure repairs are done right. Over the past 20 years we have provided all types of dent and hail repair services for family cars, local law enforcement agencies, fleet management companies, dealerships and more.

Job Summary

The Assistant to CEO will be responsible for partnering with and providing business development (BD), project coordination and administrative support. This position requires someone with a basic business background who can work independently, is driven, bilingual and able to quickly respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal individual must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining full attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of company’s services.
  • Supporting BD initiatives, including preparing marketing materials, coordinating meetings on behalf of the CEO, and following up with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and/or lead efforts to acquire rental properties for new business locations along with securing the necessary business license(s)
  • Developing and maintaining a BD tracking methodology that optimizes the CEO’s time and resources, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Proactively identifying needs and providing tactical support to the CEO’s BD efforts.
  • Reporting on BD performance.
  • Managing communication on behalf of the CEO including reading and routing emails; collecting and analyzing information; initiating and responding to client communication.
  • Working independently and/or collaboratively with others to coordinate travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.
  • Having a team focus, which will include working with individuals at all levels in the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, international business, politics, marketing, mathematics or another business-related field.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Over 3 years as an Executive Assistant, including acting as the executive’s right hand.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within and outside of the United States.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry.
  • Experience managing projects, projects and/or delegating tasks to others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of always maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing an executive through proactive follow-up, initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must.
  • Ability to be flexible and anticipate business needs. Able to deal with and respond to urgent issues on an on-call basis, if necessary.
  • A basic level of business acumen defined as familiarity with common industry, function while exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills.
