We are a fast-growing Trust-Based Sales Coaching company based in Sydney, Australia, with a fast-paced and ever-changing remote work environment with diverse cultural backgrounds.
We are expanding into the US market and are looking for a Sales Admin/Appointment Setter to support our sales coaches.
Your role will be to support our coaches whose primary role is to onboard new clients through a pre-schedule zoom consultation.
This is where you would step in, part of your role will be calling back all of our inbound leads (they have ordered a copy of our book) to engage them over the phone about their reasons for ordering the book, asking some questions about their sales challenges, then offering them a complimentary sales growth consultation with one of our coaches.
Then you would schedule that consultation with an assigned coach and the potential client, once scheduled, that pre-sale part of your role is complete.
The other part of your role, post-sale, is being the central sales admin for the coaches. After the coach onboards the client into our coaching program, you will be the central communication hub between the clients and their coaches. Meaning you will be the “executive assistant” for the coaches, communicating and scheduling with clients via email, so the coaches aren’t doing any of the admin/client communication.
The coach’s role is only to be delivering coaching via Zoom. Your role is to manage the client communication between the sessions. There isn’t a lot of communication, other than sending the client their session recordings, getting messages from them to the coaches and sending invites for next sessions, and communicating with our internal team.
It’s a pretty easy and enjoyable role for someone who is more for a “farmer” than a “hunter”, loves speaking with business owners about their challenges and has a “soft touch” approach over the phone – no hard selling.
You’ll need to be experienced and savvy with virtual/online tools like CRM, Slack, etc (online tech is second nature to you) and completely at ease using Excel (nothing heavy, just keep track of activities/leads).
If you feel you would be great for the pre-sales part of the role, but not so excited about the Sales Admin role, then this opportunity is not for you.
We need someone that can lean into both roles with both passion and enthusiasm.
If you have any kind of sales background (must have worked with small business owners), admin/executive assistant experience (you love organizing and swimming in the details) and can work at a fast pace -- and you’re a self-starter (don’t need much hand holding), then you’ll thrive in our environment.
We are 100% remote, so you’ll need to have a work environment that is designed to do quiet work, emails, phone calls, etc….can’t be any distractions.
As a team, we work at a very high level of performance, no one manages anyone, everyone is independent as if it was their own business.
Of course we will provide you with a “system” and mentoring to get you up and running, but how good you are at this role will be evident pretty quickly.
The role will start as a part-time role, but can quickly evolve into a longer-term opportunity if you embrace your tasks enthusiastically and perform like a super star.
Do we set our standards high for our team? You bet we do… if that doesn’t feel right for you, we won’t be a good fit.
If this opportunity jumps out at you as “perfect” for you, the let us know asap.
Important: Your resume will only have 20% bearing on whether we reach out to you. It’s the cover letter that you write, which will be 80% of the bearing, where you write your story, your work background and why this role is made for you in detail. This will give us a better sense of your writing ability, as you will be writing emails to our clients, hence your expression skills both phone and writing need to be top-notch.
For the right person, this will be the dream opportunity!
If we think you’re candidate, we’ll reach out to you via email to arrange a Zoom interview with our founder.
Compensation will be discussed, based on experience and skills – if a potential fit.
Can’t wait to hear from you!
