Weinstein Realty Advisors provides commercial, industrial, and investment real estate tax consulting services throughout Pennsylvania and its 67 counties, from its corporate offices in downtown York, PA. The firm is 40-years in business (founded in 1982), with 12 full-time employees all enjoying a family work environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with its expanding regional and national business founded upon data and research.

The professional should have competency in research or county and other public records, to be applied to clients/companies paying significant property taxes, potentially in excess of their equitable assessments. Employee will also research key corporate leadership of potential clients that are decision makers for the property tax appeal process.

The professional administrative employee will assist in business development functions in a team approach with other family ownership and corporate employees in securing property tax assessment appeal contracts from clients owning over-assessed commercial, industrial, and investment real estate.

The base includes all payroll taxes, 100% health care premiums including eye care and dental, 401K profit sharing plan, and a corporate retirement plans. The position also is best designed for an individual seeking a career in learning the fundamentals of real estate value, and the methodology that motivates buyers and sellers in all aspects of commercial, industrial and investment real estate. There are significant annual earning increases, with base earnings of $50,000 in the first year plus extensive benefits, increasing $2,000/year; plus, bonuses potentially to $60,000/year.
