Hanover Foods Corporation, Hanover, Pa. is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager. This position is responsible for providing all maintenance support services to the Hanover Foods' canning operation (including all buildings). Investigates, studies and troubleshoots problem areas, offers potential solutions, and oversees and directs equipment installation and repairs.

The qualified candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience working in maintenance-related work in an industrial environment, familiarity and understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical and electronic processing, packaging, and material handling equipment, understanding of manufacturing practices, previous supervisory experience, the ability to deal with peoople at all levels and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
