Recovery House, Inc. is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to be able to provide ongoing support to administrative and executive staff.

Individuals who apply for this position must be driven to succeed, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to assist in multiple departments. Our ideal candidate is self-motivating, is familiar with customer services and addiction recovery.

Recovery House is a regional leader, providing the highest quality of inpatient addiction treatment services for adults. We offer a series of structured programs that provide effective, compassionate treatment for individuals dealing with all forms of chemical dependency. These include addiction to alcohol, prescription drugs, heroin, cocaine and other drugs. Recovery House is a multi-program agency, including a 34 bed, in-patient, medical detox and treatment unit for adults, age 18 and up, as well as a 10 bed lower intensity unit for the same population.

Duties include:

-Answering and Transferring Calls

-Potential Client Screenings

-Administrative Support for Aftercare Planning

-Belongings Searches

-Administrative Support to CEO, CFO, and Clinical Supervision

-Other tasks vital to program operations

Job Requirements

-Valid Driver's License

-Willingness to learn and perform

-High School Diploma (or equivalent)
