About the Role:

• RECRUITING MUSCLE - Sourcing and screening possible candidates for a multitude of industries
• PARTNER COLLABORATION - Connect with our partners to understand specific talent, cultural and operational needs prior to recruiting
• STANDARDIZATION SUPPORT - Support making the complex simple in a structured way for daily routines via recruiting efforts and client scope

Expected Outcomes:

Within 15 Days

• Connect with all existing partners and review recruiting process
• Support with sourcing and screening of candidates

Within 30 Days

• Update existing recruiting structure to better serve our partners
• Navigate recruitment process directly with partners

Within 45 Days

• Support in reducing bottlenecks and inconsistencies in the recruiting process
• Showcase reduced time and cost to hire outcomes for our partners

Need to Have:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Expert via Indeed and LinkedIn recruiting
• Google office tool proficiency
• Remote workplace set-up
• Schedule flexibility
• Swell attitude

Nice to Have:

• HR background
• Leadership experience
• Denver based

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
