Responsibilities of Accounting Clerk:

• Record all customer sales orders and revisions into accounting system.
• Prepare weekly internal invoicing worksheets and provide to production supervision.
• Consolidate weekly internal invoicing updates from all production supervisors.
• Prepare and issue customer weekly invoices.
• Review all shipping documents to insure all shipments have been invoiced.
• Send payment reminders to customers.
• Process credit memos.
• Maintain customer master file with contact information.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain Job hours in database.
• Complies with established ISO procedures.

Qualifications for Accounting Clerk:

• Minimum experience of three years in accounting field.
• Attention to detail that results in highly accurate work is critical.
• Familiar with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communicate in English both written and verbally.
• Knowledge of a manufacturing industry accounting desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
