Job Description:

- Bank Reconciliation - Post deposits/receipts for accounts and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis

- Process payables and print checks

- Prepare and process Payroll thru QuickBooks Payroll

- File and process 941/940 & TWC reports and payments

- File and process sales tax payments

- Prepare and process W2s and 1099’s

- Organize client data, analyze information, and prepare tax returns including forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Accounting (preferred)

- Must have 3 + year’s experience in public accounting and tax preparation

- Proficient with using ProSieres, QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop

- Strong Microsoft Office, google docs, email and Internet research experience

- Strong Communication Skills (oral & written)

- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time and to adapt favorably to changing priorities

- Attention to the detail and enjoys solving problems

Schedule

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm With Saturdays & Overtime worked when needed
