Job Description:

We are seeking a full time Accountant that is responsible to record financial transitions by following GAPP for the ESOP. Preparation of accounting and financial reports including balance sheet, profit & loss statements. They are responsible for analyzing the latest trends, cost, revenues, and financial commitments to predict future revenues and expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
• Produce asset, liability and capital account entries and assess account information Preparing journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
• Monitor all financial transactions in a companyDirecting all banking transactions and overseeing data collection procedures
• Maintain operating budgets and performance projections.
• Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
• Examine and predict the financial requirements for the company
• Contribute to the development and review of annual
• Managing financial related programs and documents including plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Observing and performing account reconciliation, tax, and calculations including cost accounting
• Maintaining internal expenses in the company secure database
• Designing and managing audit schedules for internal audit process and work with external audit for year-end review
• Meeting Month-end and year-end reporting deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Assisting the Controller as needed

Education:

• BS in Accouting or Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Expert handling general ledger function
• Strong attention to details
• Awareness of business trends and understanding all financial statements
• Manage general ledger function and month-end close process
• Accuracy, aptitude for numbers and aptitude skills
• Knowledge about reporting standards and experience in researching accounting issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
