What are the inbound calls about:

As part of our growing company, you will receive inbound calls from state food assistance card holders. You will assist card holders with checking card balances, replacing lost/stolen cards, resetting passwords, and offer online assistance to the customer. We are looking for agents that are dedicated professionals that will put focus on delivering superior customer service.

What are the shift options: You will be scheduled an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday between 7:00am -7:00pm. availability. This is a full-time position with no weekends needed. Training is 2 weeks long Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm at our office. Training attendance is mandatory, as we will be providing you with all the tools you need to be successful champions of customer service.

What we need from you/ What is your skill set? We ask that our team has a driven attitude, solutions oriented mind set, 1 year of solid/recent customer service experience, and a passion for helping others. Advocates also need to demonstrate great typing skills and be comfortable utilizing multiple computer programs at once. Previous call center experience is a plus.
