Job Functions:· Be an ambassador of the Zaxbys® brand and be professional in every aspect of performance · Greet and welcome all guests that come into the store and provide them with the positive experience Zaxbys strives to offer · Strive to exceed expectations and challenge yourself. Deliver that great service through timely and quality performance · Complete assigned preparation work for designated areas and have your areas ready for success · Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Zaxbys service standards · Create and maintain a positive, safe, and clean environment for yourself, your team members, and fans · Exhibit your love and passion for the Zaxbys® brand at all times! Be proud of your company! · Prepare marketing proposals and create content for social media · Develop tools, methods, or suggestions for tracking success of campaigns · Collect materials such as pictures, videos, testimonials, and documentation of events for use on social media · Monitor consumer satisfaction via reviews, recommendations, emails, and website contact
Requirements:· Positive and respectful communication skills with fans and fellow team members · Work well under pressuring situations and maintain a positive and happy attitude · Be comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds if necessary · Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene and be ready to work with a smile! Have fun! · Knowledge of or interest in Marketing, Service and Content Creation · Basic knowledge and proficiency in grammar, punctuation and English language arts. Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to take direction and follow up on tasks and communications as needed · Proficiency in content creation programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office are a plus!
