We are seeking a full-time Website Developer & Manager who can bring a fresh perspective rooted in best practices to our grocery-focused ad agency in our Kansas City, MO office.

A2 Advertising is a full-service ad agency focused on serving independent grocers. Responsibilities:

• Wordpress website creation and maintenance, including installing templates and widgets
• Identify areas of opportunity rooted in data and best practice, and develop plans of action to optimize client websites
• Ensure brand alignment across website experience
• Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation
• Collaborate with developers, content creators and others to maximize engagement
• Responsible for successful completion of code deliverables within projects.
• Optimize, schedule and publish content in Wordpress
• Create and schedule email newsletters in Mailchimp
• SEO analysis and implementation
• Work with clients and vendors on sponsored content campaigns
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JAVA, Angular, and JavaScript.

Experience:

• 4-6 years of Wordpress experience, including installing templates and widgets, content editing, and managing routine updates
• Experience using Divi Visual Builder Technology
• Working knowledge of email marketing and MailChimp
• Strong knowledge of SEO and metadata best practices
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the agency, including remote workers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
