Warehouse Worker and Delivery Truck Driver

Since 1946, Capitol Group, Inc. has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products with sales and distribution centers in Illinois and Missouri.

The warehouse worker and delivery truck driver is primarily responsible for performing an array of warehouse duties to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and deliveries are on-time.

Warehouse Worker and Delivery Truck Driver Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Loads and unloads truck for customer deliveries and/or branch locations.
o Fills orders by retrieving materials and products from the warehouse and other locations as needed.
o Checks in and puts away inventory and other materials, verifies quantity and quality. Ensures that the inventory and materials are properly organized.
o Drives company truck to make deliveries and pick-ups, obeying all traffic safety laws and safety procedures.

Warehouse Worker and Delivery Truck Driver Education, Licensure, and Experience
Class A or B CDL license or Class C non-CDL license with medical card strongly preferred.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.
Experience with RF scanner.
Basic use of a computer and other workplace electronic devices or the ability to learn.

Warehouse bonus program up to $800 per quarter.

Warehouse Driver Pay Scale
Class D - $19.55
Class C - $20.59
CDL A or B - $21.64

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.55 - $21.64 per hour
