Description:

Candidates provide advice and expertise during concept development and insertion into legacy and advanced mission threads and assessment vignettes; provide transition support for advanced warfighting systems. Will require presentation development, reporting and public speaking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

CAMO Operations SMEs provide operational expertise during the full Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) process to develop requirements, assess performance and advise leaders on critical technologies and expected utilization of capabilities. This critical activity ensures that the correct tools are provided to the active warfighters engaged in worldwide operations.

Qualifications / Skills

• CAMO LLC has an immediate need for a USAF Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with recent experience in air operations.
• Extensive experience (10 plus years) in currently fielded fighter aircraft (F-35, F-22, F-15, F-16, etc.), mission planning, air operations center (AOC), or C2/air battle management.
• Cross domain and joint experience in air operations to include JTAC and electronic attack planning and execution also desired.
• Good understanding of manned/unmanned teaming concepts and potential applications for ISR and direct attack missions in contested space.
• REQUIRED: Expert knowledge of specific air domain (fighter, ISR, C2, etc.) operations, along with current and future threat capabilities. Operational experience must be recent (within the last 7 years) and performed within a currently fielded weapons system.
• REQUIRED: Extensive experience in F-35, F-22, F-15, F-16 fighter systems
• REQUIRED: Presentation reporting and public speaking skills
• REQUIRED: U.S. Citizenship and a current or recent security clearance
