Job Title: Microsoft Excel Trainer

Job Summary:

The Department of the Navy has a contract requiring a Microsoft Excel Trainer to train Naval Sea Logistics Center employees.

There will be 3 sessions taught each year to approximately 20-25 students per session. Each session will last 8.5 hours, including breaks.

Two of the sessions each year will be held virtually and the remaining one session will be held in person in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Place of Performance: Naval Sea Logistics Center, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Building 307, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055

Period of Performance: There will be 3 training sessions per year for up to 3 years.

Work Schedule: Specific sessions dates will be determined later based on availability of the trainer and needs of the government. Sessions will be scheduled during normal work hours between 7am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Objectives:

• The training will be based upon the contractor’s course material
• Training curriculum must include the following topics: Office Excel – Beginner – Level 1; Office Excel – Intermediate – Level 2; Office Excel – Advanced – Level 3
• Train students in the following areas: Create a New Workbook, Enter Cell Values and Labels, Modify a Worksheet, Use Formulas, Use a Function, Modify Page Layout, Print and Publish Documents, Create a Chart, Maintain a Large Worksheet, Work with Multiple Worksheets, Work with Data, Advanced Chart Skills, Work with Data Lists, Document and Audit a Worksheet, Printing Options, Use Advanced Functions, Manage Data, Conditional Formatting, Work with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Use Analytical Add-ins, Macros and VBA Editing

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience teaching Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to develop Microsoft Excel training curriculum
• Must be able to provide Microsoft Excel training course material
