Position Scope:

The Housekeeper, under the direction of the Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for general cleaning of buildings.

I. Essential Functions/Performance Factors

o Perform housekeeping and cleaning activities within well established guidelines.

§ Maintain a clean and safe environment.

§ Clean and maintain all areas of the facility using variety of chemicals and equipment adhering to guidelines for safety and infection control.

§ Follow proper cleaning techniques as outlined in written procedures or as directed by supervisor.

§ Document cleaning activities.

§ Maintain cleaning equipment.

o Consistently represents Valley Hospice to all internal and external customers with integrity and professionalism.

o Uses agency resources wisely.

o Participates in performance improvement activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
