Job Summary:

On Track Car Wash is a locally-owned, family-managed business. As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be working for a company that is fun and flexible. Your job is to greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome; use excellent communication skills to explain our wash packages; and guide vehicles into the car wash tunnel.

Basic Job Duties and Requirements:

• Provide fast and friendly customer service
• Operate cash register and related payment equipment
• Monitor customer vehicles insuring proper equipment operation and vehicle safety
• Clean and maintain car wash equipment and facility with use of cleaning agents, brushes, hoses, power washer, etc
• Answer customer questions, explain wash services available
• Offer information about our WASH CLUB program to all customers

Required Skills:

• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with others and display pleasant attitude toward customers and co-workers
• Have ability to stand for an entire shift
• Have ability to work in all weather conditions
