For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $20.25 to $38.50. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

    • Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers and partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within the private equity industry

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be:

  • Enrolled as a student during the current school year in a Bachelors degree program in accounting, business, finance or some derivative thereof.
  • There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position

Successful candidates will have:

  • Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
  • Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
