For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $20.25 to $38.50. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

- Gain hands-on experience supporting private equity clients and prospects working full time
- Participate in our intern orientation, technical training and development program designed to provide the tools needed to contribute to research, analysis, strategy and reporting in our private equity practice.

- Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers and partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within the private equity industry
- Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience
Successful candidates will be:
- Enrolled as a student during the current school year in a Bachelors degree program in accounting, business, finance or some derivative thereof.
- There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position
Successful candidates will have:
- Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
