As a Senior Business Analyst within Technical and Production for Nestlé, you will serve as a liaison between IT, Business and Manufacturing, and Customers. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing the Manufacturing function with SAP and provide advisement on the best digital solutions. You will ensure ERP Manufacturing can support the operation of our factories, from Process Order creation and execution, to finished product delivery, to warehouses. Additionally, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into requirements, and play a key role within the team to specify, test, deploy, and sustain those as IS/IT solutions. This role will require travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Support deployment of SAP Manufacturing tools in North America
  • Engage with the support organization (internal and external) on monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving systems landscape
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of systems, including resilience, performance, and landscape simplification
  • Provide input to global SAP ERP Manufacturing roadmap with focus on North America’s needs
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps in the organization, with the objective of maximizing the value end users can get from ERP MFG products
  • Train super users and end users on SAP Manufacturing tools and functionalities, and create documented training materials for the product area
  • Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
  • Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the second level sustainment


REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5+ years of combined Manufacturing/Production experience and IT experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in SAP PP-PI with ability to configure, test, and deploy new solutions


OTHER
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT or Engineering preferred
  • Previous integration experience with SAP and manufacturing tools and technologies preferred
  • Experience working with SAP QM or SAP EWM preferred
  • Experience working with MES solutions preferred
