The WBD Streaming International Analytics organization is looking for a reporting analyst to join the LATAM Analytics team.

As part of this dynamic team, you will be working with very large amounts of data, synthesizing the data by writing complex SQL queries, analyzing metrics, creating reports and dashboards. You will make data available in a consumable fashion, and tell a story to show insights and identify opportunities for operational improvement. You will derive insights from data and support presenting them to management and Sr Leadership as needed to help drive critical business decisions.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Write complex SQL queries to process and analyze large amounts of data on a daily basis

• Organize and display the data to different areas of the company in an easily digestible manner

• Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop and deliver insights via dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau and Power BI, that enhance and guide effective decision making

• Extract and link large datasets from various company systems when needed, manipulate and clean the results work collaboratively with the entire analytics team(s) to show insights / provide inputs to presentations.

• Managing stakeholder relationships when needed

• Identify areas for improvement in presentation of data and negotiate with stakeholders to implement changes

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering

• 2+ years of experience in analyzing customer level data

• Ability to effectively tell a story using data

• Strong communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate to all levels of business, prioritize and manage assignment to meet deadlines and establish strong relationships

• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data

Technical skills:

• Expert level SQL Skills

• Expert level skills for visualization tools such a Looker, Tableau and Power BI

• Intermediate level understanding of databases and data models

• Experience with large datasets is required.

• Skilled in Excel, Powerpoint MS office tools.
