Job Purpose

The Allison Inn & Spa is looking for an exceptional leader, one with a passion and experience in the Spa/wellness industry, enjoys managing a large team, excels in customer services, training, motivating, and will arrive to the job with a positive and enthusiastic attitude each day.

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervises Spa Front Desk, Attendants and Therapist staff
• Assists Director in day-to-day management of the Spa and its operating departments
• Maintains the compliance of State/OSHA requirements
• Assists with the recruiting, screening, hiring and training of all staff
• Responsible for all staff schedules
• Oversees Spa maintenance standards and staff daily task lists
• Manages ordering of retail product, operational product and inventory
• Assists Director with all Standard Operating Procedures, ensures safety, quality and guest satisfaction
• Fills in or assists Front Desk, Attendant shifts and Manager on Duty as needed
• Ensures that staff and facility is prepared at the time of opening
• Performs special projects as assigned by the Spa Director
• Must have a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Clear Background Check / Drug Screening (excluding THC)
• Customer Service

Working conditions

The Spa Operations Manager position requires a person to cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, shift work, working with challenging clients and staff.

Physical requirements

The Spa Operations Manager may be required to stand for extended periods of time, and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
