Qualifications:

* Proven ability to collaborate with customers to define issues and create a plan of action

* Excellent communication skills, both Written and Verbal

* Must be detailed oriented

* Open to working between the hours of 7:00am - 8:00pm if needed

* Effectively manage different tasks simultaneously

* Strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of project management tasks
