Job Duties:

• Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift/tugger and pass test to acquire operator's license
• Ability to lift or regularly move up to 50 pounds
• Operate equipment according to established production standards and procedures to produce a quality product while following standardized work and safety guidelines.
• Actively participate in quality circle meetings and kaizen programs.
• Communicate effectively to Team Leader all production issues and concerns.
• Assist other departments and other department personnel.
• Support ISO activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Aptitude to operate machinery.
• Ability to perform job functions while standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds on a routine basis.
• Ability to work all shifts.
