The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development of internal and external solutions. We do have many internal products in different development stages and also provide development services to our customers. The individual will have responsibility varying at times focused on internal / client focused software development. The person will coordinate development efforts on multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Manage Development effort
• Provide timelines and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with offshore development team
• Detect and troubleshoot software issues
• Write clear quality code for software and applications more as a framework and then continuous guidance on quality
• Write documents
• Provide input on software development projects

Qualifications

• Experience doing similar or a strong team leadership role
• Must have worked with multiple technologies
• String SQL and NoSQL understanding
• Some understanding of ML technologies
• Comfort using programming languages and relational databases
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• 10+ years' of industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
