You could be the person we’re looking for if you meet ALL of these requirements:

- At least 2 years experience in some form of SALES or LEAD GENERATION or APPOINTMENT SETTING.

- A good understanding of digital marketing metrics and how digital marketing agencies deliver results for their clients. If you don’t know what an upsell is or what a retargeting ad is, you probably won’t be a fit.

- Experience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailing.

- Have basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving.

- Extremely professional on the phone and via text. Fast and accurate typer. Can spell very well and learn our brand and voice quickly.

- Can deploy sales methods that are not pushy or sleazy but still great at converting people into appointments and sales!

- Be ready to join a team, make exec calls, team calls, and partake in personal development. Job Type: full time 9-5 monday to Friday and need 1-2 people to do 12-8 monday to Friday.

Pay: $24,000 base per year (2k per month) plus $20 per call booked (we expect 5 per day or 25 a week or 100 a month MINIMUM) which would put you on $4500 a month. We believe 40-80k is realistic. Our top reps should be booking 10 calls per day.
