Tasks:

• Handles the payment of all manual (hand-paid) slot machine jackpots
• Answers questions related to slot machines as well as general property information
• Promotes features of the Players Club and assists in slot promotions, as required
• Investigates and resolves issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems
• Exchanges large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of Guests
• Assists with additional technical and service issues, as required
• Answers routine questions from Team Members
• Leads completion of daily tasks within the department or work unit
• Interacts with others when necessary to achieve desired outcomes
• Provides professional representation at internal and external meetings and events
• Demonstrates abilities to meet performance expectations in the following areas: communications, initiative/problem solving, Guest Service/interpersonal relations, work habits and conduct, as well as responsible gaming/business ethics
• Ensures interactions with internal and external Guests following the guidelines of the “Guest Service” Program
• Adheres to all Tribal and casino policies, procedures, and operating guidelines

Experience, Qualifications and Education:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent Guest service skills
• Dedicated team player
• Able to handle multiple tasks, flexible and positive when adjusting to change
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong Guest Service skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license

Working Conditions:

• Long periods of sitting, standing and/or walking.
