Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to
Provides, plans, coordinates or manages orientation and in-service education for facility employees.
· Responsible for facility education programs, including orientation and ongoing in-service.
· Designs, plans and provides education programs on all shifts and for all departments.
· Provides general facility orientation to all new employees and ongoing in-service education.
· Maintains current education records of classes and content of in-services conducted, attendance and performance of facility employees based on the facility’s policies and procedures.
· Plans and provides a monthly and annual schedule of planned education programs.
· Creates lesson plans containing objectives, course content, method of instruction and method of evaluation.
· Actively participates in Quality Assurance and reports concerns to supervisor.
· Educates, Manages and Monitors Clinical Nurse's utilization of facility Electronic Medical Record; Sigma /Care Matrix.
· Educates, trains, monitors and maintains facility new implemented Telehealth/ Telemedicine Care system.
Qualifications including but not limited to
Education and Experience:
Registered nurse with management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current state license to practice as a nurse.
Current CPR certification

Experience recording financial transactions and a knack for numbers. Knowledge of QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, invoicing, customer payment applications,
Coordinate All Hands, including coordinating presenters and content gathering, room reservations, technical needs and setting up content review with Sr Leaders.
Duties included, but not limited to: answering phones, collecting payments, registering patients, and verifying insurance. 401(k) with 1% matching.

Bachelors degree in related field, accounting degree preferred, but work experience in a rural cooperative may substitute for degree.
