Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Web Software Developer SharePoint WITH $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS to join our team supporting the US Army, in Huntsville, AL and New Cumberland, PA. This position is onsite. Under the guidance of the Sr. Architect assists in the analysis, planning, and design of workflows, functional attributes, and mapping and development milestones for Development Sprints. For the consolidation and modernization of US ARMY Web/Software Applications and software components of the data center. Work with the customer to capture additional functionality and optimize designs, workflows, and Sprints.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops and designs data and workflows plans for consolidating applications on the SharePoint platform using Power Developer and Framework.
• Assist with the migrations of data from the existing platform to an approved designated virtual platform.
• Research design and implement SharePoint services in coordination with leadership that are compatible with virtual Army cloud environments.
• Develop detailed test plans with acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of all SharePoint development issues related to ensure all incidents are resolved, documented and assist with the development of user’s manuals.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on chronic issues and major incidents.
• Plan, manage and execute SharePoint changes; in accordance to proper change management protocol.
• Direct interface with customer to capture requirements and functions regarding the SharePoint’s development and deployment.
• Works closely with developers, System Admin, DB Admin, Software Technical Writer and PMs.
• Perform SharePoint diagnostic log review and issue resolution as new structures come online.
• Perform SharePoint creation and configuration including experience working with IIS.
• Perform SharePoint search and user profile service configuration during deployment.
• Manage version upgrades and/or SharePoint migrations.
• Execute detailed tasks from technical lead and project manager.
• Review and coordinate the content for the US ARMY website.
• Ensure themes outlined by leadership are consistently portrayed in publications and on the web.
• Deliver content to web administrator in support of Directors for graphic enhancements prior to submitting to the webmaster.
• Maintain digital/electronic source of all promotional products, programs and concepts and responds to information requests for US ARMY programs.
• Communicates ideas, verbally and in writing, as well as prepare briefings for presentation to leadership and management staffs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum Experience 60 months of experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Certification: IAT Level II or higher, i.e. Sec +

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Education Requirements:

• BS in Software Development or a related field and 5 years of hands-on experience in Sharepoint Development

Other Requirements:

Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance

Pay: $95,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
