Position Requirements

• At least, 1-year of experience in a casual high volume dining environment
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage with a strong ability to service, educate and sell
• Strong ability to anticipate needs and consistently provide exceptional customer service
• Passionate about flavor profiles and food pairings
• Knowledge of POS system (Toast)
• Knowledge of spirits history, preferred
• Ability and willingness to support food runner, as needed, to run meals in a timely manner
• Ability to attend pre-shift meetings, monthly training workshops and regular communication meetings
