SEO Content Writer
CMOShare is currently looking for a high level SEO content writer to assist with search engine optimization, ranking, and visibility efforts of our clients in the dental industry.

Job Description:

The SEO Content Writer will be responsible for writing content for new websites based on proven optimization strategies and techniques.. This role will manage the initial build of content and all optimization components related to the website launch and ongoing review, updating, and maintaining of optimization efforts in all areas of the website.

Responsibilities:

• Writing search engine optimization content for websites
• Connecting all sites to appropriate Google and other search engine properties
• Recommending blog topics based on optimization research and audience behavior
• Ensuring all images are titled and alt-tagged for optimal visibility
• Ensuring all meta-titles, meta-descriptions, and keywords are included and fully optimized
• Maintaining all metas, keywords, and other elements across the website on a monthly basis
• Conducting keyword and user behavior research and recommending updates and changes to development when necessary
• Backlinking strategies
• Maintaining 25 to 30 sites per month
• Building monthly visibility reports for all websites within responsibility of role
• Reviewing with internal leadership monthly results and strategies for improved visibility
• Making updates to the site when needed that will improve visibility and search rankings
• Staying up-to-date on Google algorithms and search engine preferences to incorporate and update all existing websites.
• Recommending new avenues for SEO strategies and insights to progress SEO efforts ahead of the market
• Writing blogs when needed and other content as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of analytic tools such as Google and Bing
• At least two years of quality web content and blog copywriting skills, or other forms of marketing content that showcase quality content and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to formulate new content or rework existing content to a different voice and structure.
• Experience in, or a desire to learn more about search engine optimization on a continuous basis.
• Ability to use office programs.
• Experience and knowledge in the basics of HTML and WordPress preferred.
• Ability to be a team player and meet required deadlines.
• A high regard for responsiveness and collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• High degree of independent judgement.
• Ability to solve complex problems and collaborate with team.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
