QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be proficient in at least 4 of the following non-immigrant and immigrant process categories including: EB, NIW, O, P, L, E, H, AOS, CP, N-400/600, PERM
• Ability to handle high volume case load and prioritize case list
• Work directly with founding Attorney
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player and committed to excellence
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment, Self-Motivated, Reliable and Responsible
• English Fluency required. Spanish Fluency a plus
• Experience in Immigration Law required
• Business Immigration Experience preferred
• BA or Higher Education preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• LawLogix knowledge a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare immigration forms/applications/petitions for filing with the appropriate government agency for non-immigrant and immigrant visas
• Communicate with clients and prepare/request documents
• Manage a substantial caseload of immigration matters in various stages
• Manage the assigned cases and prioritize the workload
• Analyze documents and develop petitions/applications
• Prepare supporting documents and USCIS Forms
• Conduct Immigration-related research
• Oversee and monitor status of the cases/client expiration dates
• Other duties as assigned.
