Title: Senior Full Stack Dot Net Developer

Location: Must reside in Omaha, Ne or Boston, MA

Terms: Direct Placement with the end client - No third parties

Salary: $110K -$120K plus benefits; commensurate with experience

Tech Stack: .NET Core, C#, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Angular, Microservices, REST Services, CI/CD pipelines - Azure

Capstone IT is helping our client to hire an Full Stack .NET/ Angular Developer with a focus on the Microsoft Stack. This position will work with and report to the Director of Application Development and Integrations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution skills as well as being able to provide clean, reliable, and scalable code. A strong desire to be of service to the team and lead with a humble demeanor will be a key to success with this company and role.

Essential Functions of the Job:

· Responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, implementing application enhancements and meeting defined scope with minimal or no defects

· Collaborates closely with customers, developers, solutions engineers, and other team members to drive unique and customized solutions to complex challenges

· Provides required technical support, including release implementations

· Follows coding standards, patterns, industry practices for security and development concepts. as prescribed by the development architects and leadership

· Responds to system failures and performance events by taking appropriate measures to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems

· Follows all department procedures, including release and change management procedures, to ensure a mature software development approach

Experience Required:

· 5+ years of professional experience in working with Microsoft technologies like C#, .Net Core, ADO.NET / Entity Framework

· Experience creating REST Services and multi-tier, web-based applications using Microsoft .NET Technologies or a similar technology stack

· Experience in systems integrations

· Strong understanding of microservices concepts

· Sound knowledge of design patterns, dependency injection and SOLID principles

· Working experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GIT

· Experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit

· Working knowledge of Agile methodology and experience delivering software as part of an agile team

· Experience with PowerShell preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
