We are seeking a supremely talented_ Senior Director of Marketing _to lead our energized, cross functional team. We need an innovative, digital marketing savvy, data driven professional with a track record of jaw dropping results.

Here's a snapshot of the mission-critical responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Foot Levelers’ annual marketing plan; drive the strategies, tactics, goal setting, and resource procurement needed to achieve overarching objectives
• Leverage data insights to executive our traditional and digital (paid and organic) marketing strategy and implementation.
• Oversee and provide direction relative to orthotic industry marketing trends & competitive analysis
• Create marketing reporting structure and cadence to provide insight into strategy, campaign, and specific initiative performance
• Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives, and are an effective expenditure of resources
• Build (and mentor) an exceptional in-house team and partner with external resources to accomplish strategic objectives and sales targets
• Prepare exceptional, detailed, and insightful presentations to effectively communicate Foot Levelers current and future marketing strategies (to internal team and stakeholders)

Our Senior Director of Marketing must be a creative thinker with a track record of innovation and results, specifically within the digital marketing space. He/she masters and maintains a strong knowledge of applicable market needs, competition, and the latest industry news & trends.

Do you check these boxes?

· 5+ years of integrated marketing experience in a sales-oriented environment - consumer packaged goods, consumer health, and/or other healthcare focused B2B or B2C industry experienced preferred.

· 3+ years marketing team leadership experience. You’ve lead exceptional marketing teams and have a track record of developing and mentoring subject matter experts (graphic designers, copywriters, social media specialists).

· Demonstrated success driving revenue growth via comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. B2B or B2C lead generation experience is a must. You’ve partnered with senior sales leadership to optimize lead funnel strategy and results.

· Proven experience developing strategies for achieving business goals. You distill strategies into concise action-items. You proactively assess future trends, areas of opportunity, and potential business impact and you steer the ship accordingly

· Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; you adeptly translate the strategic into the tactical.

· Data driven. You’re keenly attuned to the metrics driving departmental ROI and you course-correct based on impactful data.
