Full Job Description

XYZies is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to run our B2B advertising.

This person reports to the CEO, and will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting digital campaigns for B2B acquisition. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience managing B2B acquisition channels including paid search, display, video, and social.

We are looking for particular expertise in programmatic advertising including display, video, native, and paid social channels. The ideal candidate is mindful of creative, but also very analytical. Data must ultimately drive your decision-making process. You want to make an impact that you can truly measure.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

To be successful in this role, this person is requiredto have the following skills and experience:

• Experience developing ICPs, segmentation, and audience targeting.
• 4+ years of recent experience in the following platforms: Meta for Business (Facebook and Instagram); LinkedIn; Google Ads; DV360 (and/or other DSPs and DMPs); Campaign Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics including ad trafficking, reporting, and pixel strategy.
• Experience in budget allocation, creative production, A/B testing, and analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
• Experience managing $50,000 - $100,000+/month Ad spend.
• Must be comfortable with responsibility for KPI targets as the constant focus.
