Syntero is seeking school-based clinicians to join a dedicated team that supports youth in school settings in Franklin County and offering $2,000 signing bonuses to successful candidates! Syntero’s School-Based Prevention program provides support in the areas of both mental health and substance use-related needs for students in grades K-12, and also helps educate parents and caregivers about how to support children and adolescents.
Abbreviated Job Description: School-based clinicians are responsible for planning, program development, administration and evaluation of the school-based program for respective district(s). Clinicians must stay abreast of the latest research in the field to ensure the agency’s program reflect current evidenced-based prevention and early intervention recommendation.
Required Qualifications: Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, public health, education, psychology, community development, public administration or closely related field. Must hold appropriate licensure as required by the State of Ohio: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or IMFT. Three years professional experience in social service agency. Training, experience or strong interest in School-Based or child-serving work needed.
