Evolution Sails is launching a new sales time in conjunction with a new website and approach to selling sails. We are looking for an aggressive SDR who can handle both incoming and outgoing calls. We will provide you with all of the tools to get up and running from leads to a CRM and sales support. Our experiecned team will help grow your knowledge of sails and sailing to turbo charge your sales.

The company is growing rapidly and will provide ample room for growth as it does. We are looking for someone who can grow into a key player in a growing sales team, helping document the process and teach new members.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• A basic understanding of sailing and the terminology. We can teach the right candidate
• Self starter who can build and master their own process
• Someone who enjoys building relationships with our customers
