Shed/Carport/Steel buildings Salesman Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients at the dealership in finding the best building structure to match their needs
• Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers
• Develop leads through the phone, emails, and online platforms to find potential customers
• Showcase our entire line of inventory and current sales specials
• Guide customers through the financing process and payment options

Shed/Carport/Steel buildings Salesman Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior sales or consulting experience preferred. Marketing skills.
• Professional, personable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $35,000 - $180,000 per year (uncapped commissions) based on sales.

Benefits:

• Sign on Bonus!
• Flexible schedule.
• Paid training for the first three weeks.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift: Monday-Saturday 9AM-5PM EST.
• Must be available Saturdays (busiest day for sales)

Supplemental pay types:

• Highest paid commissions structure in the industry.

Experience:

• Reliable transportation (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Previous Sales or Marketing experience (Preferred)
• Bachelors (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Our BEST sales associates are excellent at marketing & closing.
• Experience navigating sales programs is a plus!
