Chun Wah Kam Noodle Factory, Inc. is looking to hire Sales Associates for our Pensacola Street location. We offer medical/dental benefits to qualified employees, employee discounts on food, and complimentary meals while on shift after 4 hours on duty. The starting basic wage is $12 per hour. However, sales staff share tips which tend to average around $4-6 per hour in addition to the basic wage of $12 so the earned income actually averages $16-$18/hour. Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and completing their food orders from start to finish.
• Taking orders and answering questions both in person and over the phone regarding our extensive menu and services.
• Helping to prepare catering orders and being attentive to specific customer requests.
• Consistently maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store including cleaning of the retail sales and service areas.
• Maintaining an open line of communication with store manager, supervisors, and kitchen manager to ensure Front of House duties are being done to the standards required by CWK.

Qualifications:

• Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to proper food handling procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or carry 10 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to meet scheduling needs of the store; weekend and closing availability may be required (Store hours are currently 8:00-4:00).
